Our approach
A More Considered
Way to Build
We believe a home should be a reflection of you: your values, your lifestyle, your sense of beauty. From the first walkthrough to the final detail, we work closely with you to deliver results that feel timeless, functional and uniquely yours.
Igor runs every project himself, and the crew that starts your job is the crew that finishes it. The layers you never see, the substrate under the floor, the studs behind the drywall, the decking under the roof, get the same care as the ones you do.

What we do
Remodeling and
Construction Done Right
Eight categories, one standard. Every project receives the same attention to detail and commitment to quality, from a single bathroom to a whole-house renovation. Bathrooms and kitchens are most of the volume, then finished basements, then the exterior: roofs at the end of their life, siding that has held water against the sheathing for years, and decks with a ledger nobody flashed. Each category has its own pages with the detail behind it. Hover a category to see the work.
Our process
Clear Steps.
Exceptional Results.
A structured, transparent process designed around communication, craftsmanship and your peace of mind, with the same people from the first visit to the final walkthrough. We sequence around lead times, so if the cabinets are eight weeks out, your kitchen is not torn out in week one.
Consultation & Planning
Igor walks the space with you, asks how you actually use the room, and gives you clear guidance on scope, materials and budget. The walkthrough is free, and you leave it with dates and a straight answer about what the job involves.

Construction & Craftsmanship
Igor and his crew handle every detail with precision and keep you informed throughout. When demolition turns something up, you hear about it the day we find it, with photos and a plan.

Final Details & Completion
A beautifully finished space, built to last and designed for the way you live. Permits closed, inspections passed, trim that meets and doors that close square.

Why homeowners choose SSRGA
Experience.
Craftsmanship.
Accountability.
Igor Dubovoy spent twenty years in the trade, most recently at a firm turning out roughly five hundred remodels a month, and watched the quality slide as the volume climbed. In 2021 he founded SSRGA to beat that operation on the work itself. He is on site, and we keep the company deliberately small so quality never takes a back seat to volume. Your questions go to the person who knows the answer because he is doing the work, and when the calendar is full he tells you so and gives you a date he can actually keep.

Most of what separates good work from adequate work is buried by the time the job is done. Our job is to get those details right, the parts that actually matter, so the finished space looks and feels exceptional for years to come.
The SSRGA standard
Where we work
Roswell and
the North Metro
From Roswell, about 25 miles in every direction, across six counties. Permit and zoning rules differ from one jurisdiction to the next; we pull the permits, meet the inspectors, and check setbacks before a design is settled, because setback and zoning rules can change what is buildable on a given lot.

Will we be able to live in the house during the work?
Most families stay put during a one-room job, a bathroom or a kitchen say. When the project covers the whole house or adds major square footage, staying gets harder, and we will say so plainly before you commit.
How long does a project like this take?
We will not give you a timeline over the phone, because the honest answer depends on what is behind the walls. Once we have walked the job, you get dates. A single bathroom tends to land in the few-weeks range, and full remodels take months. We sequence around lead times, so if the cabinets are eight weeks out, your kitchen is not torn out in week one.
What actually drives the cost?
Structural decisions, far more than finishes. Relocating a tub or taking out a wall moves the number more than the countertop or tile you choose. At the walkthrough we show you where those decision points are, and where spending more genuinely buys you something.
How do you choose materials?
We spend on what is expensive to replace and stay moderate on what is easy to change later. Anything buried gets the good version. Fixtures, finishes and hardware follow your budget and your taste, and we will tell you where the mid-grade product is genuinely fine.
How do we get started?
Pick up the phone and dial (678) 665-7771, or use the contact page if writing is easier. Either way, the next step is Igor coming out for a free walkthrough, with no obligation afterward.
Who is actually on site?
Igor, along with the crew that started your job. He works on site instead of managing a dozen projects from a phone, which is the whole reason the company is kept small.
Do you handle permits?
Yes. You will not be asked to go down to the county office. When the work needs a permit, such as an addition, a structural change or most plumbing and electrical moves, we pull it and handle every inspection. Unpermitted work causes problems at resale and at insurance claim time, and a contractor who wants to keep a project off the books is telling you something.
What happens if you find something unexpected?
You hear about it the day we find it, with photos and a plan. Nothing gets covered back up without you knowing what is behind it.

Thoughtful spaces begin with a conversation. Igor comes to the house himself, looks at what is actually there, and tells you straight what the job involves, with no obligation afterward. You will not be handed off to a new team halfway through. Or call (678) 665-7771.
